Part-time (10 hrs/week) Church Administrator and Finance Coordinator position opening at Light of Christ United Methodist Church in Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne community). This position receives supervision from Lead Pastor and Staff-Parish Relations Committee.

FINANCE COORDINATOR
1. Posts church transactions into Quickbooks Online.
2. Prints, secures signatures, and mails checks.
3. Sorts and records credit card receipts.
4. Distributes financial reports by email.
5. Answers requests for information.

ADMINISTRATOR
1. Oversees and schedules all office volunteers who serve in the church office.
2. Schedules all church activities and outside groups who use the church facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Personal Christian faith.
2. Experience with accounting/bookkeeping. Computer skills. College degree preferred.
3. Ability to communicate effectively and respond to texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
